Alight motion Lag Fix Guide
5 tips to fix lag in
Alight Motion
So far ever alight motion users
knows the pain of alight motion lag issues
Here's Some Tips to Fix That
1st Tip: Render Clips
create a new project and mark your beats
then add your clips after this now arrange the clips as you want to the beats and now render your clips without adding any effects & transitions.
WHY DO THIS YOU ASK?
Because this helps to reduce the lag
which might be caused by video encoder's
+Point of this is that it works better in alight motion cuz it was rendered on alight motion!
After doing all this
now import the rendered clips in the same project then adjust it according to beats and delete the previous all clips inside that project and now your good to go add ur effects and transitions with very minimal lag.
2nd Tip: Empty Group
use more empty groups before doing
anything with the clips first add the
clip in the empty group and add
Transitions and effects
WHY DO THIS YOU ASK?
because as far as I know empty groups
treats the layers like its new project
tab which only has one clip or more this also works
like pre-compose after you
exit the empty group this does reduce
the lag slightly
3rd Tip: Avoid Using Highest Quality Clips
avoid using highest quality Clips reason behind this is alight motion Works differently on low end device because it has to manage the heavy load of processing the process which the low end device struggles instead you can import a fairly quality Clips like for 1080P to 720p this is recommended if a device is low end
4th Tip : Ram and Storage
